This is a very strong tool. Because you can have with CRM a lot of information about customer. It's good thing for the hotel for example because they can secure the loyalty of the customers. They know what customer like, what they want, when and where they come... And for customers, they like to feel known and recognized by the company and does not support to have to recapitulate, with each making of contact, the history of its relation to the company.
I worked for 3 years for a company who calls ALTRAN. My job was to install and customize a software calls SAP. We installed a lot part SAP CRM in companies like France Boisson, France Loisirs, BNP Paribas... After 2 months of working, compagnies had improved the numbers of customers and secured the loyalty of the old customers. I tested CRM it works. the B2C Companies must have this product !!!!
