We saw CRM in this article. But What does it mean? Customer Relationship Management. the aim is to reinforce the communication between the company and its customers in order to improve the relationship to the customers.
This is a very strong tool. Because you can have with CRM a lot of information about customer. It's good thing for the hotel for example because they can secure the loyalty of the customers. They know what customer like, what they want, when and where they come... And for customers, they like to feel known and recognized by the company and does not support to have to recapitulate, with each making of contact, the history of its relation to the company.
I worked for 3 years for a company who calls ALTRAN. My job was to install and customize a software calls SAP. We installed a lot part SAP CRM in companies like France Boisson, France Loisirs, BNP Paribas... After 2 months of working, compagnies had improved the numbers of customers and secured the loyalty of the old customers. I tested CRM it works. the B2C Companies must have this product !!!!

Lot of people think to be a leader is easy. You have just to delagate tasks and scold when something is not done. But it's not the reality... Great leaders are so rare !

You can’t become a leader just by saying you are. Leadership needs to be worked at.

This article is about mistakes that leaders nerver do. We can see that to be a leader, communication is very important. He must be always ready to listen to problems, employees, clients, suppliers...

i followed dale carnegie courses until 3 mounths. After i had new vision about leadership.

we develop some elements to be a good leader :

1. beginning by changing oneself

2. being a good listener

3. being empathetic and accepting of others

4. having a positive effect (healing influence) on people and situations

5. building community through cooperation

Lot of employees quit their jobs because their boss or managers aren't good leaders. They don't motivate or always blame their employees.

I think if we have better leaders, we will have less turnovers.

To conclude, i recommand to read "Leader in you" (Dale carnegie) or follow courses....

I was not surprised when i read this article. Internet is a revolution. You can buy stuff, reserve an hotel, read reviews of what you want. Today, you can find everything in the web.

But this is the problem, Internet can be swap by every one. Especially by Companies. They use internet to post glowing reviews of themselves. So they dupe customers.

Tim berners-Lee, the british inventor of the world wide web, said that internet is in danger of being swamped by untrue and unfair statements. I agree with him. If it continue like this, people, customers won't go in the web to find information or reserve something.

I have a another exemple. Last year, i wanted to go in vacation. So i went to internet to reserve an hotel at djerba. On the web site, the hotel was 4 stars with all equipements that customers need to spend good time. so i reserved. But when i arrived in the hotel it was not the same thing that i saw on the picture. No water in the pool, The equipement of fitness center was old, the room was dirty... There are a lot of exemple like this.

So we have to stop the infernal machine to save internet. But how ?

Internet is everywhere. this tool is essential today for the business !When business travellers go to an hotel, it's very important for them to have high-speed internet access. And mainly free access. For the most of them it influence what hotel they choose.today we have a lot of providers. there is a big competition. To be competitive, providers have to offer good service with low price. so it could be a good investment for hotels to include free internet acces in their room's price. because, like we have seen in the article, for business travellers free internet access is more imortant than free breakfast, rooms upgrades and personalized rooms...So when will we get a free internet in hotels ?
