Lot of people think to be a leader is easy. You have just to delagate tasks and scold when something is not done. But it's not the reality... Great leaders are so rare !
You can’t become a leader just by saying you are. Leadership needs to be worked at.
This article is about mistakes that leaders nerver do. We can see that to be a leader, communication is very important. He must be always ready to listen to problems, employees, clients, suppliers...
i followed dale carnegie courses until 3 mounths. After i had new vision about leadership.
we develop some elements to be a good leader :
1. beginning by changing oneself
2. being a good listener
3. being empathetic and accepting of others
4. having a positive effect (healing influence) on people and situations
5. building community through cooperation
Lot of employees quit their jobs because their boss or managers aren't good leaders. They don't motivate or always blame their employees.
I think if we have better leaders, we will have less turnovers.
To conclude, i recommand to read "Leader in you" (Dale carnegie) or follow courses....
